Big Valley Pheasant Ranch

A continental hunt is when a group of people get together and have one fun hunt.

Early in the morning we plant about 150 birds ( 7 birds per person, maximum of 20 people). We all check-in  at about 10:30 am and head for the fields at about 11:00 am. We drop you off, or if it's dry you can take your vehicle. We then show everyone the different fields and let them go.

About mid day we release another 30 to 40 birds. Once this is done you may take home what you shoot. (Never leave before your birds are banded.)

Dogs are higly recommended. This year there are going to be contests and Bar-B-Que's catered by Moe's Pizza and Steak House. We will have several of these hunts through out the year.
